We are delighted and honoured to be shortlisted as finalists in two of the categories of the 2012 Thailand Property Awards. Siam Royal View is the finalist in two of the Eastern Seaboard award categories, in both cases for aspects of the company’s property development on Koh Chang. The shortlisting for the prestigious awards, sponsored by Ensign Media, are recognition of the hard work of the entire Siam Royal View team and the quality of design and construction at the project.

This is the company’s landmark project which features a variety of luxury villa styles accommodating homes from one to eight bedrooms. All of the villas have been designed to blend harmoniously with the outstanding natural environment of crystal blue seas and white sandy beaches against a verdant tropical forest background. The development includes state-of-the-art beachside swimming pools, a pitch and putt golf course amidst a salt water lagoon and a 75 yacht marina. |
The second award for which we are part of the final three is for our Chang Noi Condominium development, in the Best Boutique Condo (Eastern Seaboard). Being recorded as a finalist in this category is especially pleasing as Chang Noi, was the company’s first condominium project. Chang Noi condominium, located in our Koh Chang development, has been hugely successful and meanwhile sold out already. Each condominium unit boasts a stunning sea view and is just a short walk to the beach. More condominiums are planned for Koh Chang at both the riverside and marina locations. After being first nominated for the awards, Siam Royal View was shortlisted as a finalist by the awards’ committee. Each category boasts only three finalists, so the shortlisting by itself is already an impressive achievement. The development was then inspected personally on a visit by the award judges. Everyone at Siam Royal View now has a nervous wait before the winners are announced at a sumptuous gala dinner on Saturday 13th October at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok. |
