The championship tee has a length of 6628 yards, the white tee plays a length of 6024 yards and if you tee off from the red tee, which is for beginners and the ladies, you will be playing a course that is 4937 yards long. The fairways are wide which is of benefit to the amateur golfer and the greens are fast, but in immaculate condition. There are a good number of bunkers and water hazards for those golfers who veer from the straight line. The course is open to the public with very reasonable green fees. A round of golf costs just THB 500 on weekdays and THB 1,000 on weekends. All equipment needed can be rented at the shop, with golf shoes available for just THB 100 and clubs for THB 500. At just THB 600, golf carts can be rented for those who get tired of walking in the heat and for the serious golfer, there are local caddies to help, keep score and guide. They cost the small amount of THB 200. |
The facilities include a pro shop where a range of equipment items can be purchased and where a resident professional is on hand to give advice. It has first-class putting and chipping greens that allow the golfer to get his swing honed before teeing off. The restaurant is staffed with helpful professionals and the food is of the highest quality. The golf club is in one of the most beautiful areas of Thailand, located on the outskirts of Ban Chang in the province of Rayong and is just 30 minutes by car from Pattaya.
