Our Concept

After securing the ideal location in Pattaya, Siam Royal View set about conceiving the perfect environment that new villa owners will cherish living in. Using the best architects, builders and landscapers, our Pattaya villa development offers a private enclave ensuring the twin benefits of both seclusion and convenience.

Siam Royal View has taken meticulous care to create a design that enables the villas to enjoy spectacular views while remaining essentially private and not overlooked by any other properties or communal areas. Each villa has its own gated compound with carport and in most cases a private swimming pool. The residential village is a welcoming community with shared facilities and a social life, should residents so desire. It is a quiet haven that offers a contrast to the bustle of the city.

The development is divided into two phases as can be seen on our project masterplan. Phase 1 has already been sold out, but Phase 2 still has just a few remaining plots that are yet unsold. However, since the village is so large, there are always a number of units for resale (both vacant land and finished villas), and of course a number of villas are available for long-term rental.

HOW TO GET TO PATTAYA

Getting to Pattaya from Bangkok is very straightforward.

Since the opening of Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport and huge improvements in the highway system, getting to and from Pattaya is now easier than ever.

The new international airport is located between Bangkok and Pattaya and this has not only cut travel time to Pattaya but also allows travellers to completely avoid Bangkok traffic.

Currently, the average journey time from the airport to Siam Royal View by private transport is about 90 minutes.

There have been many recent road improvements in Pattaya with the highway running right to the centre of the city and just a short distance from the Siam Royal View village.

It is also possible to hire a taxi or a limousine at reasonable rates, drive your own vehicle or hop on an air conditioned bus to take you directly to the city centre.

HOW TO GET TO PATTAYA BY PRIVATE CAR

  • From Bangkok: A metered taxi can be ordered (or in some cases flagged down) in Bangkok to drive you the whole distance door to door in Pattaya. The trip costs no more than 1500 Baht (Eur 40, USD 50) and takes less than two hours. Air conditioned buses depart every 30 minutes from the Eastern Bus Terminal in Bangkok from 5:00am to 10:00pm, though it is important to take the express bus, which travels on the expressway and the journey takes about two hours. The State Railway of Thailand offers a daily train service departing from Hualumphong Station at 6:50am and takes four to five hours – a scenic but slow journey
  • From Suvarnabhumi Airport: Comfortable taxis with set fares are available at the taxi queue (avoid touts inside the airport), that will drive you all the way to Pattaya in about 1 hour 30 minutes for about 1,200 baht (Eur 30, USD 40). Limousines are more expensive, but more comfortable and can be hired at airport kiosks. Low-priced first-class buses are also available at the airport’s Public Transportation Centre departing about every two hours and terminating at Pattaya bus station. They will also drop you off at other places in town on request.
