Getting to Pattaya from Bangkok is very straightforward.
Since the opening of Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi airport a couple of years ago and huge improvements in the highway system, getting to Pattaya is now easier than ever.
The new international airport is located between Bangkok and Pattaya and this has not only cut the distance to Pattaya but also allows travellers to completely avoid Bangkok traffic.
Currently, the average journey time from the airport to Siam Royal View in a private car takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.

There are many recent road improvements in Pattaya with the highway running right to the centre of the city and just a short distance from Siam Royal View village.
It is also possible to hire a taxi or a limousine at reasonable rates, drive your own vehicle or hop on an air conditioned bus to take you directly to the city centre.
